Here Comes Change!

Spiritual CoachingI don’t think there is anything profound or ground breaking in intimating that CHANGE is in the air.

It’s only a few days away from the New Year.

We have to negotiate change based messages every year. So what’s new?

Well, this feels like CHANGE CHANGE. Compound change.

The whole family of change coming knocking on the door demanding access. And it ain’t going away quietly!

Each year we set intentions for the year ahead.

The late December period of business quietude allows us time to reflect on who we have been in the last twelve months.

And what changes we want to make to turn weaknesses into strengths etc.

But this time the world feels like it is being turned upside down.

It’s no longer business as usual.

The winds of change feel so fierce, that minor incremental changes don’t feel enough.

It’s forcing us to re-examine who we are, what we do and why we do it.

Like a re-direction into the core fundamental codings and lights that make each one of us special.

Code carriers of the unique, the never before happened, that it is upon us to unlock in our personal journeys of self-discovery.

These potent incoming winds of change are catalytic upon that uniqueness.

A rallying cry to be close to oneself.

Forced by circumstances to no longer put off what it is we want to do, to contribute our light into the human evolving story.

It may not be easy. It may not be straightforward, but within us all is everything we need.

The winds of change may be unavoidable. But they are not our enemy.

They are friend and companion to the evoluting human.

So embrace these times. These moments. They may never come again…

What Was Before Is Not The Same As What Will Be!

Spiritual CoachingWhat was before is not the same as what will be! It sounds obvious doesn’t it? Almost cliched.

But we feel right now that we, both individually and collectively, are walking the bridge of change. Change that heralds new times and new ways. Change that is a natural part of the human growth and development.

Which may well mean leaving things behind. Habits, behaviours, mindsets, emotions, that we don’t want to take with us into our newly appearing future.

So think that it’s good to cast aside things which may have served us in the past. But right now, no longer feel important or relevant.

So hold fast. Hold steady. And trust that inner guidance system that may be prompting you right now, as you walk the bridge of change.

The beauty of being human is that we are designed and created to be able to handle change. So make change your friend. Without it, there would be no future!

Ultra Violet and The Leap of Faith

Indiana Jones and The Last Crusade

There is a memorable scene in Steven Spielberg’s film ‘Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade’. Indiana is following the grail map and it’s leading him over a yawning crevice.

After some natural hesitation, Indy takes a leap of faith and places his foot out over the void. And it’s then a bridge appears or reveals itself, for him to take the walk over the crevice.

The Light of Transformation

Ultra Violet is the light of change or transformation. It can feel very radical, whereby we simply decide, there and then, to no longer put up with things that we have been putting up with.

It can lead us to walk out of jobs or relationships and say, ‘enough is enough!’.

It challenges our tolerances, and causes us to ask, ‘Why are you doing this? Is it in accord with what you really want?’

The Ultra Violet shakes us out of our comfort zone, and invites us to face the truth about things.

Timings are important with the Ultra Violet, as it creates windows of opportunity in which to take action.

With this light comes the courage to take bold steps and to trust that all be well. It’s powerful and, brings the feeling that things can and will be different if we so choose.

The Ultra Violet and You

So if you were to walk with the Ultra Violet light today…

1: What changes would you choose to make in your life?

2: Why do you want to make these changes?

3: What has stopped you making these changes previously?

4: How do you feel these changes will benefit you?

5: What qualities do you need to draw on to make these changes?

6: When have you drawn on these qualities before?

7: What other support do you need to make these changes?
